Although it was chilly by New York comparison, I loved being in the 17 below zero weather this weekend as I worked with The Professional Associations of Residents of Alberta (PARA)*. Also–what a beautiful city Edmonton is!!
My assignment was arranged by a great friend and colleague-Dr.Albert Schumacher, President of The Schumacher Research and Leadership Group that besides the many things he and his team does–he has been developing weekend student leadership training programs which have now been recieved by more then 400 medical students and and residents across Canada.
We spent the day discussing how to build your networks in life and also very specifically on working with the four dominant personality styles and how to collaborate and connect with each one in a positive and profitable way.
What a terrific group and a great experience for me!! They were one of the most creative groups I have worked with. Take a look above at their smiling faces!
