Catering to the Customer!

I have a friend in New York who runs THE best catering service in the city! His name is Paul Neuman (not "Cool Hand Luke"…but he is definately a star in his own right!). I know him through a mutual association we belong to and he recently gave a fantastic talk about the beginnings of his food career and how he came to be in the catering business. What I loved, however, was the 3 principles he uses in his business, that can be applied to any field. They are:

People eat with their eyes…so…make the presentation the best!
                                                         
Only sell what they want
…so…listen to your customer!
 
And finally…
Take Nothing Personally!!

These are great principles for life and business and Paul’s outstanding catering service reflects the application of them. I would recommend NEUMAN’S Catering to anyone!
