Bob started Executive Persuasion Group in 2005 because senior executives and teams often have brilliant ideas but can’t sell them. Before creating EPG, he spent 11 years as a member of the global leadership team of Rogen International, a consultancy that works with senior executives to help them be more persuasive in face-to-face business communications. At Rogen, he was responsible for delivering presentation skills training, business development consulting, executive coaching, and strategic leadership communication services to Rogen’s most senior client leadership. He also had oversight of the firm’s sales and marketing activities. For two years, Bob was CEO of Rogen's US operation.
Bob has worked with clients in advertising and marketing communications, consumer products, professional services, banking and finance, IT, pharmaceuticals, and research. Bob has worked with American Express, Bank of America, JPMorganChase, Roche, Novartis, NPD Group, Nielsen Media Research, CBS Interactive, The Hay Group, KPMG, NYC2012, HP, Factiva and MSN. His agency clients have included O&M, BBDO, DDB, JWT, TBWA Chiat Day, OMD, Saatchi, Team One, Taylor PR, LLNS, KPR, MS&L, and GCI Global. He has consulted on major new business pitches and IPO road shows, and prepared clients for large-forum public events, panel discussions, and media appearances.
Bob has appeared on CNN and has been cited in major publications and business journals, including The New York Times, The St. Petersburg Times, and the Houston Chronicle, providing commentary on the effectiveness of political communication throughout the 2004 presidential election campaign.
Prior to joining Rogen, Bob worked for 18 years in advertising, marketing and organizational development. He held positions at Benton & Bowles, DDB, BBDO, McCann Erickson, American Home Products, and Hanes Corporation.
Bob is married with two daughters, ages 27 and 24. He is a graduate of Rutgers University. Bob and his wife live in New Jersey.

Albert Schumacher, born in Windsor Ontario, entered undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario in 1976 and graduated cum laude from Western’s medical school in 1982.
During thirteen elected years at the Ontario Medical Association, he reactivated a dynamic Political Action Committee, reestablished its current eminent publications and helped negotiate many original doctor/ hospital on-call contracts.
As OMA President, he launched the Associations’ decade of Clean Air and Anti-Smog advocacy. He spotlighted and crippled draconian government privacy legislation which he labeled “The Big Brother Bill”. Simultaneously he moved the Ontario Tobacco Advocacy Strategy forward.

As the Canadian Medical Association President, he engaged the national stage pressuring all
governments to address the dire shortage of physicians, nurses and other health care professionals and the resulting rationing and long wait lists for patients. He educated editors, health reporters and staff of national, provincial and community media, of the dire realities facing the frontline health care. He called on all governments to expand medical schools into all provinces and communities.
Dr. Schumacher has consistently advocated on issues affecting medical education including runaway tuition and student debt. He established the Ontario Medical Student Bursary Fund as Founding Chair. Over 8 million dollars have been raised as a result.
His passion is training and developing the next generation of physician leaders. As a result, he has developed weekend student leadership training programs, now received by more than 800 medical students and residents. Schumacher Research and Leadership Group was founded in 2005 to enhance and expand on this base.
Dr. Schumacher’s activism extends much further in patient advocacy. He testified before the Walkerton inquiry, calling for an increased role for the provincial medical officer of health and increased laboratory proficiency testing. He served the profession as a council member of the Canadian Medical Protective Association from 2002 – 2004. He continues serving Canadians as a board member of the Canadian Patient Safety Institute in Edmonton, Alberta. Locally he is Vice- Chair of the WindsorEssex Development Commission, one of Canada’s most economically challenged areas.
Dr. Schumacher teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Family Medicine for the Schulich School of Medicine, University of Western Ontario and as Lecturer at the INSEAD Business School in France for the World Medical Association Leadership Program.
As a volunteer, he serves as President of the Ontario Medical Foundation, which is responsible for the Ontario Medical Student Bursary Fund, as well philanthropic development and fundraising training for the physician community.
Blessed by a gifted, understanding and wise wife, Jennifer Yee, he enjoys traveling, fishing and cycling with his family.

Devoted to broadening the understanding of advertising and marketing among students and business leaders, Vicky enjoys lecturing on advertising topics at university and industry forums. She holds a BA in History, with Honors, from Yale University, and was part of their first, trail-blazing, class that admitted women.
